2. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the site to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or databases.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code.
• Scrape, mine, or extract data without prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

3. Service Agreements & Scope of Work

All renovation projects require a written agreement or proposal detailing the scope of work, materials, timeline, and costs. Verbal agreements are not binding. We reserve the right to decline any project that falls outside our expertise or operational capacity.

4. Pricing, Payments & Estimates

• Estimates: Initial quotes are estimates based on preliminary assessments. Final pricing may adjust if hidden structural issues arise or the Client alters the scope.
• Payment Schedule: Unless otherwise agreed, payments are structured as: deposit upon signing, progress payments at milestones, and final payment upon project completion and walkthrough approval.
• Late Payments: Overdue balances may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to halt work until accounts are brought current.

5. Project Timelines & Delays

We strive to complete projects within the agreed timeframe. However, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, supply chain disruptions, permit delays, unforeseen structural damage, or Client-requested changes.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide clear access to the property during agreed working hours.
• Secure necessary homeowner association (HOA) approvals if applicable.
• Make timely decisions regarding material selections and design approvals.
• Remove fragile or valuable items from the active work zone.

7. Change Orders

Any modifications to the original scope of work must be documented in a written "Change Order" signed by both parties. Change orders may affect the project cost and timeline. Work on changes will not commence until the Change Order is approved.

8. Warranties

Neo Home Master provides warranties on workmanship as outlined in your specific service package (Essential, Premium, or Luxury). Warranties do not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or alterations made by third parties after project completion.

9. Cancellation & Termination

• By Client: You may cancel the project in writing. You will be responsible for all costs incurred up to the cancellation date, plus a 10% cancellation fee on the remaining contract balance.
• By Company: We may terminate the agreement if the Client breaches these Terms, fails to make payments, or creates unsafe working conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neo Home Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neo Home Master, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, designs, and software, is the property of Neo Home Master and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in McPherson County, Kansas.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
